Conventional weightometers can suffer from calibration issues. BeltIQ is a low-cost solution to provide an alternative measurement of
throughput for all your belts. A high-speed camera is installed with our in-house AI algorithm to determine the volumetric throughput of the
material on the belt in real-time. Side-profile cameras also monitor the stretch of the belt to determine anomalies in operation
like overflow/underload and oversize conditions.
Data is constantly streamed to the cloud using 2.4 or 5 GHz WiFi using the mine network providing remote access within the organisation.
